The project is currently in the reservation stage which means the reservation could be canceled at any time with full refund before contract. Contract stage is expected to be in the end of first quarter, 2015.
Auberge condos will have 171 luxury units starting at $1.5 Million with an estimated maintenance cost of $ .95 – $1.00 per square foot. The developer is a collaboration between “The Related Group”, “Fortune International Group” and “Fairwinds Group”. Architect for Auberge is Nichols Brosch Worst with Wolfe & Associates with Meyer Davis and the interior designer.
