Manor Grove Condos And Townhomes For Sale – Different Phases

Phase 1 – Condos only, allows renting right away, cats only, most all have land leases

Manor Grove Condos and Townhomes are located on the beautiful island city of Wilton Manors, Florida.  Manor Grove Village is made up of 4 phases.  Phase I, II and IV are 2 story condo buildings and Phase III are townhomes.  Manor Grove Village condos and townhomes are just a few blocks away from Wilton Drive, the main drive through the city of Wilton Manors, which are lined with cafes, wine bars, boutique shopping and night life.

There’re four  pools in Manors Grove, one for each condo phase and one for the townhomes in along with clubhouses and his and her saunas.  Manor Grove in Wilton Manors are a great value. Cats are allowed in all phases and a dog is allowed in phase II condos and Phase III townhomes.

In Manor Grove Phase I you can rent your condo out immediately. This phase does have land leases on the condos there, which means there are additional fees other than the main maintenance fees that go to the land lease holder.  The monthly maintenance fees are higher in this phase but the condos are usually lower in price than Phase II or IV because of this.

Manor Grove, phases II and IV – Most of these units do NOT have land leases associated with them and, because of this, usually sell for a little more money.  Manor Grove Condos Phase IV has an added bonus of tennis courts.

Manor Grove Townhomes Phase III are 2-story townhomes with private, fenced outside living areas with each unit and also walking distance to Wilton Drive.
