Coral Heights, Coral Woods and Coral Terrace are gorgeous neighborhoods and are actually located in the city of Oakland Park, Florida, Fort Lauderdale’s neighbor. Boarders for the Coral Heights neighborhood are located north of NE 38th Street, west of US1, south of Commercial Blvd and east of Dixie Highway. Coral Woods and Coral Terrace are located south of NE 38th Street and west to Dixie Highway, while the name changes south of NE 38th Street, most people just know the area as “The Corals” and refer to them as Coral Heights. Coral Heights homes for sale are a little unique for the eastern areas of the Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park real estate market. These homes tend to be a bit larger and newer than some of the areas. Coral Heights homes for sale are usually priced anywhere from the high $200’s up into the $700,000’s for some of the waterfront homes.
The Coral Ridge mall is about 1/2 mile if that from this neighborhood including shops, movie theater, publix grocery shopping and target. Coral Heights homes are in a a central location just north of the city of Fort Lauderdale and in the very eastern area of Oakland Park, Florida. Most of the waterways in the Coral Heights neighborhood do have ocean access with fixed bridges. There’s also one large lake in the community with waterfront homes that have no ocean access.
