Fort Lauderdale Real Estate | Mortgage Rates Drop to 41 Year Low
According to “The Real Deal”, South Florida Real Estate News , mortgage rates have dropped to a 41 year low . The average 30 year rate dropped to 3.4% , down from 3.49%, on September 27th, 2012 which is the lowest since 1971 when Freddie Mac first started to tracking interest rates. The average 15 year dropped to 2.73%, which is another record low down from 2.77%.
