4/08/14: Single family home sales up 12% in downtown area
According to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors multiple listing service (MLS), single family home sales in the downtown area of Oakland Park area were up 12% year to year. Another sign that Oakland Park is a great place to buy now. With all of the development going on it’s a great time to get into the market.
3/14/14: Oakland Park CRA approves grant funding for facade changes
